Elite Bartending School was established in Miami Beach, Florida in 2007. We are a State Licensed Bartending School regulated by the Florida Department of Education. In building Elite Bartending School our founders wanted to put together a school unlike any other of its kind, providing a stellar education which was current to provide our students with a challenging, and applicable hands on experience behind real bars. Most schools out there today teach students a history lesson with minimal challenge. We are not that school. We train our students in practical bartending. Getting them ready for the always expanding and changing bartending scene that cities like Naples, Ft. Myers, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Key West Florida areas demand. We have become the primary example for other Bartending Schools, leading the industry in producing thousands of todays top bartenders over the years. With our doors open for over 6 years out of our original location in Miami Beach we expanded our market to Southwest Florida opening our forth location in Historic Downtown Ft. Myers, just minutes from Cape Coral. We realize the need for an up to date practical bartending school in the Southwest Florida and Cape Coral areas, and we havent looked back since. Like in all of our locations, we have always felt doing the program out of an actual bar setting makes for the most ideal classroom in which to learn bartending. Elite Bartending Schools program is very hands on; doing all lectures and practicing directly at and behind the bar. This provides the ultimate hands on experience for our students and provides all students with amazing nationwide job placement opportunities. All students have access to all of our Job Placement and event staffing opportunities in not only Southwest Florida, but also in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and The Florida Keys. We also continue to work with many bartending schools all across the country providing job placement for those who have a plan to move out of the area.

Celsius Nightclub provides the perfect setting for Elite Southwest Florida's classroom. Elites classroom is set up with a diversity of todays most commonly used liquor bottles to give students the most realistic look and feel possible to instill a challenging high volume bartending education. Many real craft cocktails are also constructed in the program, with our Mixology lessons to best educate our students. We are firm believers in clarifying the differences between bartending and mixology and understand some cocktails must not be simulated, but constructed for quality. Once graduated, students are always encouraged to come in or stay after class to practice behind the bar, even when classes arent in session. Lifetime membership is also granted all of our students to any and all of our schools, and can always come back to practice behind our bars in any of our school locations.

Most bartending schools get their students behind a bar and have them make drinks robotically, never training them on an essential skill, Point of Sale (P.O.S.) computer training. This is not realistic! Elite Bartending School offers our Naples bartending students enrolled in our program only the most up to date Point Of Sale computer training in the Southwest Florida. Students will do hours of mock transactions by making drinks orders and ringing them, starting tabs, in order to learn how to properly operate the P.O.S system and its functions thus simulating what an actual bartending shift entails. This is not only an essential skill often neglected or forgotten by most bartending schools out there, but a skill needed, and great resume builder to have in todays bartending world.
Elite Bartending School Southwest Florida opens its doors early and stays open late for our students from the Naples area. Students are able to practice behind the bar weekdays when classes aren't in session. This option we offer our students allows them to utilize our unique learning environment to improve skills and speed to master their craft. School tuition also includes a lifetime membership once our students have graduated. Graduates are encouraged to come back after completing the course to sit in on a class, ask questions, touch up skills behind the bar, and/or obtain assistance in job placement during our normal business hours. All of our Alumni have lifetime access to practice at any of our Florida Bartending Schools once graduated whether in Southwest Florida, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, or the Florida Keys.
Bartending and Mixology is an ever changing and evolving industry. It is for this reason that we have always been a firm believer in free continuing education for all of our Elite Alumni. Elite Bartending School Southwest Florida offers free continuing education upon graduation for all Naples, Florida bartending school students and alumni in workshops such as Speed classes, Mixology, and Flair. Students are welcome to attend as frequently as they can. Students and Alumni are welcome to sign up for these classes on our Bartender Forums section and attend as frequently as they can.
